Liquidity Positions

Pons provides the market layer, while WeedSwap defines which positions are eligible for farming rewards.

#Position eligibility

The final Pons integration will define how users enter a market and what position information is available. WeedSwap will publish the exact eligibility and custody rules before any position can be staked.

#Understand market exposure

Market exposure can change as prices and liquidity move. Users must review the final Pons market configuration and understand how an eligible position responds to those changes before committing assets.

This documentation does not assume a Pons pricing model, fee mechanism, liquidity-token format, or position-management workflow. Those details will be documented only after they are confirmed and verified.

#Trading fees and farming rewards

Any market return depends on the final supported Pons market and actual activity. WeedSwap farming rewards are separate and accrue only after an eligible position is staked in a verified WeedSwap farm.

#Planned entry flow

  1. Open a supported Pons market from the verified WeedSwap interface.
  2. Review the assets, market terms, expected result, and risk disclosures.
  3. Confirm every published address and protective limit shown for the flow.
  4. Enter the market only after the Pons integration is live and verified.
  5. Stake the resulting position only when WeedSwap explicitly marks it as eligible.

#Exit a position

Withdrawal behavior depends on the final eligible position model and the verified WeedSwap staking contract. WeedSwap will document custody, unstaking, reward claims, and principal return before launch; a pause must not be presented as an administrator claim on user principal.

#Risks

Self-managed positions can face impermanent loss, changing market exposure, price volatility, token risk, approval risk, and smart-contract risk. Direct control does not remove market or integration risk. The exact Pons position model will be documented before launch.

#Current phase

No WeedSwap launch market or incentive is active. Final Pons market configuration, position eligibility, reward amounts, and incentive times must be verified after deployment before a position can earn WeedSwap rewards.
